Release Waiver

Click on the following image to open a printable pdf of the 2011 release waiver. All crew members must submit an original signed waiver prior to any activity on the water. Volunteers must also submit a waiver prior to participating at the festival. Note that any participant under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Minimum participant age is 16.

Deliver or mail your signed waiver to:    our offices are located in the Central Alabama Community Foundation, a two story white historic house at Old Alabama Town on the corner of McDonough St. and Randolph St. Enter through the side of the building facing the park.
